Physical products

 

DAMAGED

For damaged physical products, Your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date. 

Before the giveaway closing date, we can offer

• Store Credit
• Refund
• Replacement

After the giveaway's closing date, we can offer 

• Replacement

 

NON-DAMAGED

For non-damaged physical products, Your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date. 

Before the giveaway closing date, we can offer

• Store Credit
• Refund

After the giveaway's closing date, we can offer 

• Store Credit*

*But the store credit will not gain entries to the current or future giveaways. 

 

 

Digital goods

If the giveaway you have entered is still open, your request must be made within 30 days of the order date.

If the giveaway you have entered is closed, we can not offer a refund, replacement, or return. 

All returns must be approved via Help@luckymart777.com and obtain an RMA number.

We offer free return shipping labels on insured items.   

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed. It will take 1 to 7 business days before you see the credit on your card used.
